Social impact focuses on the ways in which a company or organization affects individuals and communities. This can include initiatives such as philanthropy, volunteer programs, and community engagement. It also includes the external application of JEDIB practices. Organized entities are increasingly recognizing the importance of considering their social impact, not only for ethical reasons but also because it can contribute to their long-term success. 


In collaboration with internal leadership, we achieve these deliverables through:

  • Assessment and Strategy Development: 

    • Assess current impact

    • Set objectives for improvement

    • Develop strategies to achieve objectives

  • Data and Measurement: 

    • Assist in collecting and analyzing data to quantify social impact

    • Develop methods to track progress and make informed decisions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Facilitate engagement with various stakeholders, such as employees, customers, investors, and local communities, to understand their concerns and needs

  • Program Design and Implementation: 

    • Help design and implement social impact initiatives, such as corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, sustainability efforts, and philanthropic activities

  • Reporting and Communication:

    • Prepare reports and communication materials to transparently convey a company or organization’s social impact to stakeholders, which can enhance reputation and trust

  • Impact Investment: 

    • Advise on impact investment strategies, where companies invest in projects or ventures that have both financial returns and positive social outcomes
